We are a small  family run business in Stoer, near Lochinver  in the beautiful North West Highlands of Scotland and when it comes to booking your stay we believe in being straightforward and transparent.

We take direct bookings

We don’t use third-party booking websites to take our bookings.  When you book a stay at Stoer Bay Chalets  you are booking directly with us.

You can find our current prices and availability on our website  and any adverts you may come across for Stoer Bay Chalets will have a direct link to our website  making it easy for you to come straight to us to book.

There is no need to go through another booking company or wonder whether you are getting the best price.

The price you see is the price we charge

Something we feel  strongly about is keeping our pricing fair and consistent.

We don’t use dynamic pricing.  This means our prices don’t suddenly increase because it’s a school holiday, because a particular week is proving popular, or because there are only a few dates left.

Our guests are charged the same rate for the same stay.

We don’t put our prices up simply because it’s a school holiday. We know that school holidays are often the only time families can get away together, and we don’t think that should automatically mean paying a higher rate just because the dates fall within a particular period.

Of course, our seasonal prices can vary depending on the time of year  but once we have set our rate  that’s the rate we charge.

Why book direct?

For us, booking direct is about more than just keeping things simple.

It means you are dealing directly with the people who run Stoer Bay Chalets. We can answer your questions, give you local information and help you with anything you need to know about your stay.
